The previous challenge was the Packing Street 5 which requires a level 4 of Meat Packing Plant factory. This time, you need to spend more of your stars again because it requires you to upgrade this particular structure for the second time into its next higher level which is four (4). The cost of the upgrade is worth 1,500 stars.
If you do not have 1,500 stars on your account then the only solution would be to try playing those previous challenges that you have already accomplish. I would like to suggest re-accomplishing those levels that rewards you with a lot of stars and easy to be accomplished.

Rewards:

Silver Trophy reward with +1900 bonus stars: Complete the challenge in less than (9:00) nine minutes period of time.

On your farm are six (6) chickens with a dog and a cat. I assume that you already know the purpose of the chickens on this game but as for the dog and cat, they are both support characters. The dog will aid you in driving out those attacking bears who knows nothing but to cause chaos on your farm. Your cat is also another helpful animal on your farm where it simply collects items on the ground.
Looking on your objective list, collecting thirty items is a lot which is the reason why the game has given you almost seven minutes of time to complete this level. Both of the items on your list are processed products out from the pig’s raw meat which means that you will need a lot of pigs. Since you already have a starting account balance of $1000, immediately buy one pig.
Make use of your chickens by collecting their eggs then process them into your Powder Building turning them into Powdered Eggs before you sell them on the market. This would be your first source of income that will allow you to buy additional pigs on your farm.
