First, pigs do eat more grasses as compared to the chickens. The same goes to your cows and ostriches. Second, you have a lot of animals on your farm.

To solve this issue, you need to upgrade your Well. By upgrading this type of particular structure, you can store more water and the cost of filling it up will be much lower. The benefit of being able to upgrade your Well into its maximum level is it will automatically grow grasses for you. Below are the costs of upgrading your Well from level 1 to 3:

Level 1 will cost you $300 cash

Level 2 will cost you $600 cash

Level 3 will cost you $1,200 cash

If you have the basic type of well on your farm then you constantly need to perform the manual method of growing grasses on your farm. You are to make use of your mouse and left-click on an empty spot on the ground to perform a miracle of growing some grasses. The number of times that you can grow grasses on the ground is designated by the blue bar near your Well structure.
